General Duties:

  • Staff, supervise, train, and manage an aggressive, goal-oriented student admissions team.
  • Set goals for Admissions Department and Representatives
  • Partner with the Corporate Advertising Department and provide feedback to ensure steady lead flow.
  • Manage lead flow and distribution.
  • Oversee student projection, drop rate and retention.
  • Manage vacancy scheduling.
  • 5- and 30-day student progress tracking.
  • Work with Admissions Representatives on student candidate issues.
  • Enrollment process including inquiry, phone screen, interview, and enrollment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ proprietary education experience.
  • Post secondary education experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire employees.
  • MS Office experience. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
